This platform offers a simple tool to rideshare with SSQ employees! Using it helps the Company to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and travel expenses while improving networking between employees.
Here are the important points regarding the ridesharing platform:
- It is necessary to connect to your SSQ profile when you use the carpooling website.
- Only business travels between colleagues of SSQ is allowed. The daily commute to your workplace within 75 km is considered a personal travel. No fees will be charged for your business trips. However, your profile can also be used for personal travels.
- It is important to give the confirmation code to your driver so that he can confirm that the ride was completed on the online platform.
- Members of SSQ registered on Ridesharing.com will see the logo of SSQ after their name, which will facilitate the search for carpool buddies.
- There are 2 carpool meeting points at following buildings: QC - 2525 SSQ and LGL - SSQ Tower.
- There are 8 parking spaces dedicated to long distance rideshare at the northwest end of SS2 of SSQ Tower.
